I forget, as its been many years and many beers ago, but I think RATM called Ben Folds Five “Punk for pussies” but KORN (who were playing a festival at the same time a few stages away) was talking shit about them/him, hence the song and the subliminal shoutout.

Ahhhh.... I always considered Ben in his own category, sort of a Piano punk. Those other guys, as much as I like some of their songs, have over time, proven themselves to be grade-A douche bags.
